Thank you for choosing The Royal Ecstasy. We deliver premium fragrances to customers across Pakistan with care and efficiency.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all cities across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: Rs. 250 (flat rate)
- Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 10,000

3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2-3 business days
- Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 3-5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier load, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will call you on the provided phone number to confirm the order before dispatch. Please ensure your phone is reachable. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier's website.

7. Failed or Incorrect Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipment may involve additional charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos showing the issue
