Thank you for shopping at The Royal Ecstasy. We value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we have the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. Non-Returnable Items
All perfumes and fragrance products are non-returnable once the seal is broken, the product has been used, or the box has been opened. This is to ensure product safety and authenticity for all our customers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue
- Description of the problem
Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Exchange or Replacement
In case of damaged or wrong items, we will offer a free replacement or store credit after verification. Refunds in cash are not offered; exchanges and store credits only.
4. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Refused Deliveries (COD Orders)
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
